TECHNOLOGY
Viant Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: DSP) fell 27% today to $5.71 per share and a $347 million market cap. The Irvine-based tech company yesterday forecast first-quarter sales of $42 million to $44 million, below the average analyst estimate of $55.1 million.
RETAIL
Tilly’s Inc. (NYSE: TLYS) dropped 25% today to $9.19 per share and a $283 million market cap. The Irvine-based retail yesterday forecast first-quarter profit of break-even to 5 cents a share, below the average analyst consensus of 21 cents. It also forecast sales of $143 million to $148 million, below the analyst consensus of $166 million.
