Neither entity involved in the exchange were identified.
The eight-unit complex is at 5842 Western Ave.
Marcus & Millichap’s vice president of investments, Greg Bassirpou, represented the seller, according to the brokerage firm.
Bassirpou also secured an exchange buyer for the sale.
