TECHNOLOGY
Sales and marketing services company Advantage Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: ADV) in Irvine rose 4.8% to $5.47 per share for a market cap of $1.7 billion. “With profit expected to grow by 81% over the next couple of years, the future seems bright for Advantage Solutions. It looks like higher cash flow is on the cards for the stock, which should feed into a higher share valuation,” investor website WallStreet.com said yesterday.

Shares in mortgage provider loanDepot Inc. (NYSE: LDI) in Foothill Ranch rose 5.6% to $3.10 apiece for a market cap of $958 million. Despite today’s gain, the company’s shares have lost 35% of their value since the start of the year as higher interest rates put a crimp on mortgage lending.
