Allied Esports Entertainment Inc. (Nasdaq: AESE) rose 3.7% to $2.79 and a $109 million market cap. The Irvine-based company said a revised proposal from Bally’s Corp. to acquire the World Poker Tour constitutes a “superior proposal” under the company’s pending stock purchase agreement with Element Partners LLC.

MEDICAL DEVICES
Oncocyte Corp. (Nasdaq: OCX) dropped 6.2% to $4.81 and a $425 million market cap. The Irvine-based provider of lung cancer tests yesterday reported fourth quarter revenue climbed to $503,000 from zero a year ago while its net loss narrowed to $6.3 million from $8 million a year earlier.
