Irvine beauty and wellness company Arbonne International LLC poached former Beautycounter Vice President of Product Development Amy Humfleet to serve as its chief marketing officer.
The position was previously held by Carole Diarra, who left the company in November.
Humfleet has also worked at Aveda and Dial among other brands.
Arbonne sells makeup, skincare, hair, bath and nutritional products through independent sellers. The company is part of Paris-based beauty and wellness firm Groupe Rocher, which acquired the business in 2018. Arbonne, at the time of the deal, had revenue in excess of $550 million, 800 employees and more than 250,000 sales representatives.
Humfleet joined the company tasked with continuing to steer it through a rebrand, while overseeing the Arbonne brand globally.
