The efforts are expected to bring what the company said is a “unified brand identity” among a number of businesses all currently operating under different names.

CRM, Legacy Air and Ron’s Refrigeration will be next to rebrand this year. Tech Mechanical, BRR Refrigeration, Agape, ABC Refrigeration, Building Air Services and RSI are expected to complete the rebrand within the next 18 months.

Aside from individual companies assuming a new name, a new website is also in the works to be unveiled this year. Single branding for companies’ vehicles, offices, uniforms and paperwork will also take on the CoolSys name.

Consolidating the businesses under a single name comes after some fast and furious acquisitions by CoolSys more recently. CEO Adam Coffey told the Business Journal at the start of the year that the plan by 2023 is to surpass $1 billion in sales with a $2 billion enterprise value.

He also said 2023 could also bring an initial public offering or private equity sale.

CoolSys works with companies such as Walmart Inc. and Costco Wholesale Corp. in a range of industries, including grocery, retail, restaurants, telecom, healthcare and education.
