Two buildings on Michelle Drive in Tustin sold in separate deals for a total of about $46 million.

Newmark Knight Frank in Newport Beach repped the sellers for both: one was an industrial building and the other a creative office layout.

Tenants across the two fully leased buildings are Canon Medical, Toshiba Medical, Avid Bioservices, Advantage Sales & Marketing and GPA Consultants.
