The price of oil was up 0.6% to $57.30 a barrel.
Huntington Beach-based restaurant chain BJ’s Restaurants Inc. (Nasdaq: BJRI) dropped 8.6% to $47.51 with a market cap of $1 billion. It reported mixed results for the fourth quarter Thursday with earnings at 49 cents, missing analyst estimates of 50 cents, and quarterly revenue of $280.5 million, in line with expectations.
Work and Western boot and apparel retailer Boot Barn Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: BOOT) was up 4.4% to $28.80 with a market cap of $817 million. Shares have climbed 72% this year.
