Tri Pointe Group Inc. (NYSE: TPH) fell 2.4% to $13.12 and a $1.9 billion market cap, in a second day of declines after Wedbush downgraded the builder-developer from outperform to neutral and cut Tri Pointe’s price target from $18 to $13, citing slowing demand in California and Seattle. Tri Pointe is down 9% over two sessions.
Wedbush also cut Newport Beach-based William Lyon Homes from outperform to neutral and set a $22 price target, down from $35, Lyon (NYSE: WLH) fell 8% yesterday, but is up about 1% today, to $17.33.
Del Taco Restaurants Inc. (Nasdaq: TACO) dropped 4.4% to $11.52 and a $439.7 million market cap. It has a 52-week low of $10.00 and a 52-week high of $15.99.
