The operator will manage Chino Hills’ recently opened TownePlace Suites, which has 116 rooms. TownePlace Suites is near Shoppes at Chino Hills, Pomona Fairplex, and Citzens Business Bank Arena, home venue for lower-tier-league pro sports teams in hockey, soccer, and basketball.

Twenty Four Seven will also manage two hotels scheduled to break ground: Holiday Inn Express in Chino Hills with 120 rooms and Hampton Inn and Suites in Diamond Bar with 110 rooms.

Twenty Four Seven runs 22 hotels with 2,850 rooms in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Idaho; it has contracts with seven in-development hotels, all in California, comprising 1,200 rooms.
