The AI software maker priced a public offering of about 1.7 million shares, including underwriters’ allotment, at $18. It expects gross proceeds of $30.6 million, excluding an underwriters’ allotment of 255,000 shares. Book-runners include Roth Capital Partners in Newport Beach.
