Lantronix Inc. (Nasdaq: LTRX) in Irvine was down 9.8% to $3.04 and a $55 million market cap on twice its average volume. It makes software to connect, manage and secure “internet of things” products.


Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: SPPI) in Irvine was up 4.2% to $20.11 and a $2.1 billion market cap. It makes drugs to treat cancer and blood diseases.

ChromaDex Corp. (Nasdaq: CDXC) in Irvine was up 4% to $3.88 and a $213 million market cap. The nutrient maker’s shares are up 14% this week; on Monday it named a chief marketing officer with experience in selling beauty and health products directly to consumers on a global scale, a strategy it began to pursue early last year.


Kush Bottles Inc. (OTC: KSHB) in Santa Ana was up 5.5% to $6.48 and a $424 million market cap. Kush makes packaging and supplies for cannabis products and started Koleto Packaging Solutions today to make them for the veterinary and pharmaceutical industries, which requires the items to be Food and Drug Administration-compliant.


Boot Barn Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BOOT) in Irvine was down 3% to $23.71 and a $651 million market cap. It runs a chain of Western wear stores.
