Huntington Beach-based BJ’s Restaurants Inc. (Nasdaq: BJRI) jumped 13% to $55.92 and a $1.15 billion market cap. Yesterday the restaurant chain reported first-quarter revenue and profit that topped analyst consensus estimates. Shares have almost doubled in price since a 52-week low in September.
