The new REIT is expected to have 336 post-acute/skilled nursing properties, a surgical hospital and a medical office building.
Kaiser Aluminum Corp. in Foothill Ranch was down 2.2% to $83.63 and a market cap of $1.5 billion. The company makes aluminum products in consumer, aerospace and defense, electronics, and automotive industries.
