OC Homebuilders were down as home prices hitting pre-recession levels were said to be delaying buyers, and on mixed results in June employment and manufacturing numbers.
Irvine-based Standard Pacific Corp. was down 1.2% to $8.89 and a $2.5 billion market value on its stock. Irvine-based TRI Pointe Group Inc. was down 1.2% to $15.08 and a $2.4 billion market cap. Newport Beach-based William Lyon Homes was down 1.6% to $25.19 and a $792 million market cap. Aliso Viejo-based New Home Co. Inc. was down 3.7% to 16.87 and a $279 million market cap.
