Santa Monica-based Watt Properties has completed its $20 million redevelopment of the Edinger Plaza shopping center in Huntington Beach.

Watt Properties, a division of Watt Companies Inc., marked the redevelopment’s completion with a ribbon cutting and grand reopening Friday.

The 155,000-square-foot Edinger Plaza is located at 7490-7664 Edinger Avenue in Huntington Beach.

The center is currently 94% leased.

The facelift added about 10,000 square feet to the center along with landscape and building façade improvements.

The 25,000-square-foot building previously occupied by CVS Pharmacy, was expanded to 47,948 square feet for a Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Dick’s Sporting Goods anchors Edinger Plaza, along with a 34,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack that was previously occupied by Howard’s Appliance & Flat Screen Superstores.
