Managed Mobile Inc., a provider of maintenance services for vehicle fleets, renewed a lease for 8,710 square feet of industrial space at 1030 N. Batavia St. in Orange. The renewal is for three years. Financial terms weren’t disclosed. Managed Mobile, which started in 2001, operates service vans and trucks that call upon fleet operators and provide repair, maintenance and regulatory safety inspections. The company has been at its current location for years and also has an Inland Empire office. Mike Johnson of Cresa Partners LLC represented Managed Mobile. Doug Ferrieri of landlord S&D Associates represented his company.
