Sales and leases of offices, industrial buildings, retail space and apartments


Caliber Sealing Solutions Inc., a maker and supplier of gaskets, O-rings and custom molded seals for aerospace, autos and other uses, leased a 19,200-square-foot industrial building at 1648 N. O’donnell Way in Orange. The lease is for three years. Financial details weren’t disclosed. The company is moving from its current headquarters in Santa Ana, where it has about 20,000 square feet of space. Caliber Sealing’s new building is near Honda Center and Angel Stadium of Anaheim and has about 3,750 square feet of office space. Jeff Gahagan of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the company in the lease. Landlord Jonatkim Enterprises was represented by Steve Sprenger of Grubb & Ellis Co.
