The Nasdaq declined 1.2% to 14,442.27.

The yield on a 10-year Treasury bond decreased 1.23% to 2.329%. 

The price of an ounce of gold declined 1.3% to $1,914.

The price for a barrel of oil dropped 2.8% to $103.00.

 

MANUFACTURING

 

Irvine-based Terran Orbital Corp. (NYSE: LLAP) fell 11% to $7.78 per share for a $1 billion market cap. Shares have fallen 39% since the satellite maker started trading at $12.69 on March 28 on the New York Stock Exchange. Yesterday, Terran executives gave a presentation at the Canaccord Genuity NewSpace Investor Summit. 

MEDTECH

Masimo Corp. (Nasdaq: MASI) fell 5% to $147.66 per share for a $8 billion market cap. The Irvine medical technology company today reported preliminary first-quarter revenue in the range of $285 to $315 million, which misses analysts’ estimates.
