Midday Stock Roundup

The S&P 500 rose 0.3% to 4,500.36 in midday trading.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 0.3% to 35,464.33, while the Nasdaq climbed 0.1% to 15,037.43.
Crude oil rose 0.7% to $67.99.
Gold was off 0.9% to $1,792.
The yield on a 10-year Treasury surged 4% to 1.341%

SOFTWARE

Irvine advertising software maker Viant Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: DSP) fell 8.3% to $13.46 and a $811 million market cap. Shares have steadily declined from as high as $69.16 after going public earlier this year.

FITNESS
Xponential Fitness Inc. (NYSE: XPOF) dropped 5.6% to $11.21 and a $522 million market cap. The Irvine-based fitness franchiser yesterday forecast 2021 revenue will climb 28% to $135 million to $137 million. The forecast implies growth in the second half will be lower than the 67% jump to $35.8 million in the second quarter.  Xponential went public on July 23 at $12 a share.
