Crude oil slide 2.1% to $63.64.
Gold was down 0.2% to $1,765.60.
The yield on a 10-year Treasury decreased 0.5% to 1.63%.
Irvine-based Skyworks Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: SWKS) fell 7.8% to $182.51, a day after the company provided guidance for the current quarter seen as disappointing to some. The chipmaker had a recent market cap of $30.2 billion, and is OC’s third-most valuable public company.

Shares of Vizio Holding Corp. (NYSE: VZIO) continued their slide from Thursday, down 7.8% to $23.98 for a market cap of $4.4 billion. The maker of connected TVs and digital advertising services is up 15% since going public in March.
