The yield on a 10-year Treasury increased 1.2% to 1.489%.
Irvine-based Boot Barn Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BOOT) rose 3.4% to $83.94 and a $2.5 billion market cap. Shares for the western retailer have more doubled since the beginning of the year.
Vizio Holding Corp. (NYSE: VZIO) rose 4% to $22.64 and a $4 billion market cap. The Irvine-based TV and media company said it surpassed 11 million addressable enabled TVs across the US this month. Vizio went public on March 25 by issuing shares at $21 each.
