Eon Reality, the creator of what it calls the “Knowledge Metaverse” and whose AR and VR software is used in a variety of educational and business applications, is a step closer to going public.
Arogo Capital Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: AOGO) said it had filed an SEC registration for the public listing and trading on the Nasdaq exchange.
Eon Reality said earlier this year it would go public via a reverse merger with the Florida-based Special Purpose Acquisition Company, or SPAC.
The transaction values EON Reality at a pro forma enterprise value of $655 million, according to Arogo.
