Midday Stock Roundup

The S&P 500 rose 0.1% to 3,914.08 during midday trading.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 0.9% to 32,703.22.
The Nasdaq decreased 0.6% to 13,144.60.
The yield on a 10-year Treasury bond fell 0.4% to 1.631%.
The price of gold rose 0.4% to $1,733.30.
The price for a barrel of oil decreased 5.3% to $60.79.

Ducommun Corp. (NYSE: DCO) climbed 6.4% to $56.67 and a $671 million market cap. The Santa Ana-based aerospace and defense manufacturer was upgraded to buy by the Zacks website, citing an upward trend in earnings estimates.


Evolus (Nasdaq: EOLS) rose another 3.1% to to $16.59 and a $566 million market cap. Yesterday the Newport Beach-based provider of aesthetic products jumped 12% after it disclosed several transactions with its Korean partner Daewoong to improve its financial positions, the website Seeking Alpha reported. The stock is up five-fold since early January. Evolus is scheduled to announced fourth-quarter results after the close of markets today.
