The yield on a 10-year Treasury rose 6.3% to 1.29%.
HEALTHCARE
Irvine-based Axonics Modulation Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: AXNX) rose 7.6% to $67.77, a day after reporting better than expected revenue results for its second quarter. The urology-focused medical device maker had a recent market cap of $3.1 billion.
Orange-based Alignment Healthcare Inc. (Nasdaq: ALHC) fell 5.5% to $19.82 with the Medicare Advantage insurance plans provider trading on volume lower than its daily average. The company, with a market cap of $3.7 billion, is up about 15% since going public in March.
