Trust Restaurant Group on Wednesday opened its first Orange County restaurant, Rare Society Steakhouse, in San Clemente.
The 5,500-square-foot location will be the flagship restaurant for Rare Society and is the fifth overall.
Located on Avenida Del Mar, the steakhouse is currently open for dinner five days a week and will begin serving lunch in the next few months.
A popular item from the menu includes shareable, premium meat boards, according to Trust Restaurant owner and Executive Chef Brad Wise.
The restaurant operator, based in San Diego, has four other dining concepts in its portfolio including Fort Oak and Cardellino. The San Clemente location marks Trust Restaurant Group’s 10th brick-and-mortar eatery.
