Crude oil fell 0.9% to $78.75.
Gold increased 0.4% to $1,796.30.
The yield on a 10-year Treasury was up 1.96% to 1.766%.
RESTAURANTS
Kura Sushi USA Inc. (Nasdaq: KRUS) dropped 22% to $54.72 and a $531 million market cap. The Irvine-based Japanese restaurant chain yesterday reported fiscal first-quarter sales that missed the average estimate of analysts. Prior to today, the shares had doubled in the past two months.
MEDICAL DEVICES
Glaukos Corp. (NYSE: GKOS) climbed 6.2% to $48.14 and a $2.3 billion market cap. The San Clemente provider of glaucoma treatments yesterday said it’s received FDA clearance for its iPRIME Viscodelivery System.
