The Dow 30 was off 0.2% to 33,544.85 while the Nasdaq declined 0.7% to 13,287.15.
Crude oil increased 0.1% to $91.97 a barrel.
Gold was up 0.3% to $1,912 an ounce.
The 10-year bond increased 1.23% to 1.974%.
MEDICAL DEVICES
San Clemente-based Glaukos Corp. (NYSE: GKOS) rose 6.8% to $52.40 and a $2.5 billion market cap. The maker of medical devices and medications to treat glaucoma yesterday reported fourth-quarter sales that topped analyst estimates. It forecast 2022 sales ranging from $265 million to $275 million; analysts’ consensus was $265.5 million.
TECHNOLOGY
Indie Semiconductor Inc. (Nasdaq: INDI) increased 2% to $7.81 and a $872 million market cap. The Aliso Viejo-based maker of semiconductors yesterday reported fourth-quarter results that exceeded its forecast and analysts’ consensus estimates.Â
