Tustin-based electrical engineering firm R.E. Wall and Associates Inc. was acquired by Morrow Meadows Corp. in Los Angeles.
All seven of R.E. Wall’s employees will relocate to Morrow Meadows’ offices in the City of Industry by the end of October, according to R.E. Wall Vice President Forrest D. Petersen.
The company has been in Tustin since its inception in 1972.
“We have worked with [Morrow Meadows] for almost 25 years now, so this is really the coming together of two companies who have a long history of collaboration,” said Petersen, who declined to disclose financial details of the acquisition.
Morrow-Meadows earned the ninth spot on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s list of the largest women-owned private companies this year, as well as the sixth spot on the publication’s list of the largest telecommunications companies in L.A. County.
