Cooperative Strategies LLC in Irvine and DeJong-Richter LLC in Hilliard, Ohio, will combine to help plan and finance educational facilities nationwide under the Cooperative Strategies name.
The two companies are education consultants focused on facilities development. Cooperative Strategies works with California school districts to plan and finance facilities construction and improvements. DeJong-Richter brings national data analysis and community outreach services to the new firm.
Cooperative Strategies formerly did business as Dolinka Group LLC and changed its name in July in part to reflect its move from an individually owned company to a partner-owned one.
Benjamin Dolinka remains chief executive of the new company; Tracy Richter will be managing partner and president of the Ohio operations.
