OC 2020 Companies That Care Awards Nomination Form

The Orange County Business Journal proudly introduces the Companies That Care Awards program and luncheon honoring those members of our community of business that are making Orange County a better place for all. Self-nominations are encouraged, and your participation showcases your passion and heart in aiding those of need in our community.

NOMINATION PROCESS

ALL SECTIONS of the nomination form must be completed for consideration by the Selection Committee (complete online).
UPLOAD a full-color, high-resolution logo, a company photo and/or short video if available.
UPLOAD supporting materials (letters of thanks or recognition from the receiving organization or cause) using this form, or email materials to to Melanie Collins, signature events manager, at collins@ocbj.com..
SUBMIT nomination form, digital family photo and ALL supporting materials by 12:00 p.m. (Pacific) August 5, 2020.

COMPANIES THAT CARE AWARDS LUNCHEON
Honorees will be recognized, and five winners will be announced at the Companies That Care Awards Luncheon & Program on October 8, 2020 at the Hotel Irvine.
