Atlantic Aviation Named Kirsty Fournier interim general manager of its John Wayne Airport fixed base operations, replacing Mike Phegley.
Fixed base operators provide general aviation services such as fueling and repair to private plane owners and charter companies; Atlantic and ACI Jet are the two FBOs at OC’s airport.
Plano, Texas-based Atlantic runs FBOs at 60 U.S. airports in some two dozen states, its website said; a press release said the John Wayne operations serviced about 10,000 aircraft through the first six months of the year, including the sale of 2.7 million gallons of jet fuel.
Fournier had been assistant GM for about two years and a customer service manager before that; she’s also worked at Resort at Pelican Hill and graduated from California State University-Fullerton with a bachelor’s in business that emphasized entertainment and tourism.
Phegley’s LinkedIn profile shows 27 years of service with Atlantic Aviation, most recently as senior GM at John Wayne. He’s now a managing partner of Napa Valley Home Inspections, a residential and commercial real estate service, the profile said.
