White Nelson Diehl Evans LLP named Paul Treinen managing partner, replacing Dave Doran who retired on Dec. 31 after 42 years with the Irvine-based accounting firm.
Treinen, who joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 2001, is a tax and advisory services partner and a member of its executive committee. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from California State University, Fullerton, in 1989, and his CPA designation in 1992.
WNDE said it represents more than 3,000 businesses and 3,500 individual clients. The Business Journal’s annual list, published in July, placed it at No. 12 by size with 145 employees, including 125 based in Orange County.
