The price of gold was down 0.9% to $1,228.
Huntington Beach-based BJ’s Restaurants Inc. (NASDAQ: BJRI) was up 1% to $35.75 and a $770 million market cap. Canaccord Genuity upgraded shares in the casual dining chain to “Buy” with a $45 price target.
Irvine-based CombiMatrix Corp. (NASDAQ: CBMX) was up 3.8% to $5.45 and a $16 million market cap. Shares in the company, which provides clinical molecular diagnostic lab services, are up about 7% over the last two trading sessions and have doubled year-to-date.
