Irvine-based Pacific Premier Bancorp Inc. was down 2.6% to $25.09 and a $691 million market cap. The bank holding company this morning reported higher net income for its most recent quarter but year-over-year earnings per share were flat and return on average assets and tangible common equity each declined.
Irvine-based Boot Barn Holdings Inc. was up 4.3% to $9.18 and a $242 million market cap on moderate volume. The western wear retailer is scheduled to report earnings Tuesday.
Foothill Ranch-based Kaiser Aluminum Corp. was down 3.4% to $85.76 and a $1.5 billion market cap in a second day of declines. Shares are down 9% this week; the metals maker is scheduled to report earnings today.
