Tustin-based electrical engineering firm R.E. Wall and Associates Inc. was acquired by Los Angeles-based Morrow Meadows Corp.

All seven of Wall's employees will relocate to Morrow Meadows’ offices in the City of Industry by the end of October, according to R.E. Wall Vice President Forrest D. Petersen. The company has been in Tustin since its inception in 1972.

“We have worked with [Morrow Meadows] for almost 25 years now, so this is really the coming together of two companies who have a long history of collaboration,” said Petersen. He declined to disclose financial details of the acquisition.

R.E. Wall will complete all its current contracted work over the 12 to 18 months, according to a press release.

Morrow-Meadows earned the ninth spot on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s list of the largest women-owned private companies this year, as well as the sixth spot on that journal’s list of the largest telecommunications companies in L.A. County.
