Irvine-based Habit Restaurants Inc. was up 8% to $26.75 and a $640 million market cap. The fast-casual burger chain yesterday reported higher quarterly revenue and earnings.
Irvine-based Tilly’s Inc. was down 6.4% to $6.89 and a $196 million market cap. Analysts at B. Riley downgraded the apparel retailer’s shares to “neutral.”
Biolase Inc. was down 21% to 73 cents and a $42 million market cap. The dental laser maker yesterday reported a net loss of $5.3 million on $11.2 million in net revenue for the quarter, compared with a $3.5 million net loss and $12.7 million in net revenue for the same period last year.
Irvine-based Lombard Medical Inc. was down 13% to $2.80 and a $56 million market cap. The aortic stent maker reported a net loss of $8.5 million on revenue of $4.2 million for its most recent quarter. Both numbers were about the even with the same period last year.
