Australian activewear retailer Lorna Jane Pty. Ltd. will open its first Orange County stores this month as part of a larger push in the U.S.

Lorna Jane, which sells activewear for women, is set to open at Bella Terra in Huntington Beach and the Irvine Spectrum Center in coming weeks.

The company also plans on opening a store at Indianapolis, Ind.–based Simon Property Group Inc.’s Shops at Mission Viejo. No timeline has been given for an opening in Mission Viejo.

Other stores are set for Santa Monica Place, the Glendale Galleria and Westfield Topanga among other shopping centers.

The Southern California stores were part of 11 recently announced deals.

The retailer also has leased a 5,000-square-foot industrial building in Santa Monica to hold merchandise for stores and online orders.

Lorna Jane’s first U.S. store opened in March at the Malibu Lumber Yard.

Meantime, Simon Property’s The Mills Group’s The Outlets at Orange announced that a Loft Outlet will open in late October and a Windsor, which had previously been at the mall, is expected to open in late fall. The Windsor location is an outlet store.

The leases come on the heels of a couple additions to Irvine Company’s Fashion Island in Newport Beach, which most recently saw the opening of a Tommy Bahama Home Store, the first-ever home store for Tommy Bahama Group Inc., on Aug. 30. That followed the opening of C. Wonder at Fashion Island, the first West Coast location for the women’s apparel and home goods store.
