Denver-based DaVita Dialysis recently signed a lease at 1950 Sunny Crest Drive, at the Providence Medical Center in Fullerton.
The 10,000-square-foot medical office space is part of the 86,000-square-foot building owned by Accretive Realty Advisors Inc., according to real estate brokerage Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
The lease’s length is 10 years.
Brokers involved in the deal included Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Global Healthcare Services Group’s Garth Hogan, John Scruggs, as well as Aaron Denike of USI Real Estate Brokerage Services Inc.
