With an eye to boosting its hospital holdings, Costa Mesa-based Integrated Healthcare Holdings Inc. named James T. Ligon to the new position of executive vice president of mergers and acquisitions, the company said Wednesday.
Ligon, a founder of the company, has stepped down as chief financial officer. Steven R. Blake will become chief financial officer in additon to his position as chief accounting officer.
Blake is a former regional vice president of finance for Tenet Healthcare Corp.
In March, Integrated Healthcare wrapped up its $70 million buy of four hospitals from Tenet Healthcare Corp.
