Nominees for the Excellence in Entrepreneurship awards should exemplify the entrepreneurial spirit by exhibiting the creativity, insight and determination necessary to establish and nurture a successful business.

This is a perfect opportunity to recognize a client, colleague, family member or friend whose business accomplishments and civic contributions merit recognition.

Self-nominations are encouraged. Past nominees are invited to participate again.

Past winners of the Excellence in Entrepreneurship award are ineligible for consideration for this year’s awards.

To submit a nomination on-line (incomplete nominations will not be accepted):

Complete the entire on-line nomination form below, including a detailed statement (500-1500 words) documenting the individual's entrepreneurial characteristics, business acumen and demonstrated company success, as well as industry and community contributions.
Inclusion of references is recommended by not required.
Submit a high resolution, color photo of the nominee via e-mail in jpg, tif or eps format to kennedy@ocbj.com , or send a color photograph via U.S. mail to EIE, Orange County Business Journal, 18500 Von Karman Ave., Ste. 150, Irvine, CA 92612. Be sure to identify the individual.
