The Orange County Business Journal is proud to announce the is proud to announce the FOURTEENTH ANNUAL Excellence in Entrepreneurship Awards. This event is designed to recognize individuals who exemplify the American entrepreneurial spirit – individuals who, by their creativity and determination, have established and nurtured successful business ventures. This is the perfect opportunity to recognize clients or business associates who have distinguished themselves by their foresight, determination and accomplishments. Self-nominations are welcome.

NOMINATION PROCESS

  • OBTAIN THE NOMINEE’S CONSENT to participate in this awards program.
  • ALL SECTIONS of the nomination form must be completed for consideration by the Selection Committee (complete online, or submit PDF form via e-mail or fax).
  • UPLOAD a statement documenting the nominee’s business history and accomplishments. Financial data is encouraged, but is not mandatory (PLEASE NOTE: Unless requested otherwise, financial data may be included in the nominee’s bio in the Excellence in Entrepreneurship Advertising Supplement).
  • UPLOAD a full-color, high-resolution digital head-and-shoulders photo of the nominee.
  • UPLOAD supporting materials (letters of recommendation, copies of news articles, etc.) or email materials to Jayne Kennedy at kennedy@ocbj.com.
  • SUBMIT nomination form, digital photo and ALL supporting materials by noon (Pacific) Friday, January 16, 2015.

EIE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT & AWARDS LUNCHEON

  • The Orange County Business Journal will publish a special EIE advertising supplement featuring profiles and photos of this year’s nominees on February 16, 2015.
  • Winners will be announced at the Fourteenth Annual Excellence in Entrepreneurship Awards Luncheon & Program on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at the Hotel Irvine.
